DOCUMENTARY APPROACH - heirloom quality

With the constant moves of military life and the challenges of early motherhood I became overwhelmed with fear of missing out, falling behind, being forgotten, not doing enough, and honestly aging all together. Through heartache and immense struggle, I fought to hold onto joy, adventure, and gratitude. In that valley my photography transformed. It became more than images—it became something you could feel.
Mud was wiped from my eyes, and I learned to see.

When in doubt, I'm outside. I am a trail runner, SUP enthusiast, and beer by the fire kind of gal. The mountains of NC will always be calling me home. Whenever we move, the first thing I do is find the closet trail (and coffee shop).

Mother to three boys under 5. They are wild and teach me everyday. Being a military spouse has made me a better psIt's a challenging journey, yet it has sharpened my chameleon skills. I have lived in NC, GA, VA and AL.

Fitness is my medicine. It gets me through the hard days with little ones and always leads me to community. I am a certified personal trainer and care deeply about helping others feel empowered through fitness. I lost 45 lbs after my last pregnancy.

Jesus allow allows me to see

God has brought me through immense suffering. Living under the influence of continuous gratitude, his grace allows me to recognize the bliss in this precious life. In heartache I have witnessed miracles first hand.
